Grateful for the new roof!

The Hyannis Public Library has received a new roof for the Twombley Wing of the Library, thanks to a challenge grant from the Edward Bangs Kelley Foundation and Elza Kelley Foundation. This grant was successfully matched with a generous donation from Independence Park, Inc.

The Twombly Wing houses the main circulation desk, free public access computers, the children's department, and the majority of the library's collection. The Trustees and staff are pleased that the replacement of this roof meets the goals of the grant to protect the facility and preserve the library's collection.
