Eighth Annual Cape-wide Comcast Art Scholarship T-Shirt Design Competition.
The winner will have his or her original art featured on the t-shirts worn by the volunteers and sold at the premier cultural event on Cape Cod, the 26th annual POPS BY THE SEA concert, featuring the Boston Pops. Exciting workshop coming soon!!!!!

You are invited to join Linda Childs, retired Barnstable Public Schools art teacher, for an Altered Book Workshop at the Hyannis Public Library on Tuesday evening April 6th from 6 p.m. to 8 pm.
Altered book art combines several types of artistic techniques and in this beginner’s workshop you will transform a book into one unique art form.
You’ll use a book provided by the library as the basis for your project, and by removing pages and adding your own creative expressions with various mediums and forms you will soon create your masterpiece!
Class size is limited so be sure to register today and pick up a list of supplies at the Hyannis Public Library, 401 Main Street. Registration fee is $5.00

Fall for the Arts programs!
11:15 a.m. Stories and Sculptures- Listen to stories and make sculptures from recycled items.
2:00 p.m. Music Together - Sponsored by Meryl's Music and Arts Center
Rachel Youngling will conduct an early childhood music program. Children and their caregivers will have sharing songs, using instruments, learning rhythm chants and more.
